Pro Trek V.3 Triple Sensor Engine

The new triple sensor has Improved accuracy, is 95% slimmer, and uses 90% less power. Three high-sensitivity miniaturized sensors take accurate measurements of constantly changing natural phenomena, and display directions, differences in altitude, and atmospheric pressure tendencies in both digital and analog formats as well as temperatures in digital format.

Barometer

Predict changing weather patterns using the PRO TREK's barometer. It takes readings every two hours and stores them automatically. It graphically displays the barometric pressure up to 30 hours. The display ranges from 260 to 1,100 hPa/mb (7.65 to 32.45 inHg) with changeovers from hPa to inHg.

Quick Facts

  • In some areas, barometric pressure is epxressed in millibars (mb) instead of hecto-pascals (hPa). It really makes no difference, because 1hPa = 1mb.
  • You can select either (hPa) or inches Hg (inHg) as the display unit for the measured barometric pressure.

Pro Trek Barometer Watch Graph

The barometer measures the atmospheric pressure every two hours automatically and displays the recent atmospheric pressure tendency and the current pressure graphically. level when you take subsequent measurements after moving on.

pressure tendency

Pro Trek Barometer Weather Graph

A graphic display of atmospheric pressure readings taken at regular intervals reveals pressure trends at a glance. When the pressure is rising, the weather is likely to improve; when it's falling, there's usually worse weather ahead. This feature can remind you to take your swimming suit along, or alert you to approaching trouble.
